We were delighted to be woking with Kia Oval on the 2023 Cricket season. Elpromotions provided VIP Corporate Hostesses for the Corporate Boxes during the 2023 cricket season. 

Our Hostesses were responsible for looking after VIP guests, scanning tickets, and ensuring the day runs smoothly.

We worked with MG Motor UK on the annual CarFest South 2023 event. Our team was responsible for the logistics and management of the MG Motor stand cross the 3-day festival. 

In addition, we provided event hostesses to collect data on iPads and book test drives. Brand ambassadors were responsible for booking test drives for a fleet of MG cars including: MG5, MG HS, MG ZS, MG4 XPOWER. The ladies encouraged engagement through leads and data capture as well as gift giveaways.

Carfest South is a charity family fundraising event where you can watch the fastest vehicles, listen to some of the best DJs, bands, and artists in the UK, participate in amazing food demonstrations, and meet a variety of UK TV, theatre, music, and sports stars.

Elpromotions Monaco team worked on a 19-day sponsorship brand activation for Aston Martin held at the Billionaire’s Club in Monte Carlo.

Our multilingual VIP hostesses in Monaco were responsible for promoting the new Aston Martin DBX12 and generating leads during the VIP event. The image model hostesses were positioned at the main entrance of the Billionaires Club in Monte Carlo greeting and welcoming VIP guests daily.

The impressive HNI and UHNI VIP guest list included Prince Albert to Formula 1 drivers.

Le Billionaire, created by Flavio Briatore, the Salles des Étoiles will be regularly fitted out to welcome 350 spectators at round tables for exceptional dinner shows. Flavio Briatore’s Billionaire party concept included cabaret shows and top-notch fusion dining. The Billionaire shows took place in the prestigious Salles des Étoiles at the Sporting Monte-Carlo.

Since 1998, when Formula 1 team manager and international businessman Briatore came up with the idea of gathering the beau monde together for a massive party in Sardinia, the idea has gone viral with events all over the world.  

We were delighted to work with the Berlin based Entertainment & Production Agency IsPasion on an exciting Private Event in Ibiza.

We provided dancers, makeup artists and VIP hosts for a private event held in Ibiza. 

Our Ibiza-based team was responsible for arranging hair and makeup, uniform design and ensuring a smooth event setup with dancers and the team.

IsPasion is a European show production and artist booking agency based in Berlin and Madrid. They are known for creating personalised, emotionally captivating performances for various events, from theatres and festivals to concerts, cruises, corporate functions, trade shows, and parties.

We were delighted to work with Cleo Alexiou Luxury Weddings & Events on an exciting private event for The Cotswold Guy, a distribution service company located in the Cotswolds.

Our lovely VIP hostesses served champagne on arrival to give that extra touch of luxury to the event. 

The evening was filled with music, DJs and amazing food.

The Cotswold Guy specialises on delivering delicious meals anywhere that you can prepare whenever you want. The locally sourced food and seasonal ingredients serve anyone with a high-quality luxury meal every-time.  

We worked with MG Motor UK at MG Live 2023. An event showcasing both Hybrid and Electric models. Our events team produced and managed the event from start to finish.

Our event hostesses were responsible for handing out merchandise, booking test drives, collecting data on iPads, and informing clients about the 5 x display cars: MG3, MG4 Trophy, MG5 Trophy, and HS Petrol.

Our event management team looked after branding, event production and bringing the event to life.

Throughout the MG Live at Silverstone weekend, there is a complete racing schedule on the Silverstone circuit, in addition to the show field, trade area, live music and other attractions. The MG Trophy is one of the most competitive single-make club competitions in the UK.

The highlight of the weekend was the debut of MG Cyberster sports car available in September 2023!

MG Live is a celebration festival weekend with live music, trade stalls, village green and the biggest MG car displays on the planet! This year marked the 60 years of MGB at the world’s largest MG event. 

Our Ibiza VIP Hostesses and Security worked with Porcelanosa Ibiza store to assist on a private in-store event.

The Ibiza hostesses and security officers on our Elpromotions team were in charge of meet & greet, directing guests and aiding attendees to the event. Our Ibiza security team was responsible obtaining entry and managing the event/car park throughout the evening 

Our Monaco Hostess team was thrilled to work with the 2023 Formula E in Monaco.

Our events team managed the two-day event, interacting with and assisting VIP guests throughout the day. 

Elpromotions Monaco Brand Ambassadors were in charge of welcoming VIP guests and escorting them to the racetrack where the guests had the opportunity to test drive some of the best electric sports cars.

Formula E  is not just another racing competition. The unique electric vehicles racing in series serve as a competitive platform to test and develop cutting-edge electric technology.

Elpromotions Ibiza worked with Belvedere for an exciting VIP Belvedere x Ushuaïa activation at Ushuaia Ibiza.

The image models & hostesses main objective was to generate video and photo content. They were also responsible for working in the VIP Belvedere x Ushuaïa booth and showing guests the product, as well as dealing with the VIPs.
