Our events team managed the three day event, including booth branding and promotional staff.

Elpromotions worked with DTO Motorsport on a series of British GT Championships held at Oulton Park, Silverstone and Donington Park Circuits.

Our lovely Grid Girls rocked the DTO Motorsport uniforms wearing the company colours and branding. 

We were delighted to work with Fashion TV to create a three day event during the 2023 ICE Totally gaming Conference held at London Excel. 

Elpromotions events team produced and managed a 3-day event and Afterparty on a historic Elizabethan Boat docked outside London Excel. Adding a touch of glamour to the conference, the boat was set up to host meetings during the day and a glamorous VIP Afterparty in the evening. The Afterparty boasted a series of entertainment, DJ, scrumptious canapés and champagne on arrival.

We were asked to provide various bilingual Spanish event staff. Our male and female event host duties included: managing the stand, booking client appointments and general meet & greet. Our bilingual Spanish & English waiting staff looked after hospitality by serving Spanish style tapas to clients and customers.

Elpromotions provided VIP Hostesses, VIP Hosts and Security for the launch event. The star-studded evening attendance included celebrities, VIPs and sports personalities. The event entertainment was provided by a British singer and songwriter Rae.

Elpromotions agency worked with Pokerstars Travel VIP event hostesses for the annual European Poker Tournament held at London Hilton Park Lane in October 2022.

Our wonderful event  staff worked for 10 days assisting with the smooth running of the event, visitors and players.

The European Poker Tour (EPT) is Europe’s richest and most popular poker tour. The EPT was created in 2004 by PokerStars. Over the course of its history, it has seen stops held in some of the most spectacular European destinations, such as Monte Carlo, London, Berlin, Barcelona and more.

In 2017, the tour was momentarily replaced by the PokerStars Championship, but the EPT returned in 2018. It continues to attract some of the best poker players from around the world.

Our team worked with smart energy innovator Goodwe and Sofasolar to provide NEC Exhibition staff for Solar & Storage Live 2022, held at NEC Birmingham. Our expo hostesses handed out promotional materials, managed client appointments and ensured everything is running smoothly on the stand.

Solar & Storage Live is held annually in October at NEC, Birmingham. It is the UK’s largest renewable energy exhibition uniting the Solar, Storage & EV industries to power the energy system of the future.

The exhibition includes 150+ exhibitors, a high-level conference, a start-up and innovation zone, a poster zone, strategic partners to network with and much more.
