Working closely with the client, the agency provided UnoDe50 London VIP staff and promotional models. The event team included hostesses and waiting staff for their Red Carpet summer series launch.
The VIP hostesses gifted beautiful red padlock bracelets to event guests and waiting staff served champagne throughout the evening.

Working closely with their team, Elpromotions provided male and female commercial models for corporate training and development video shoot. Iberostar Hotels training video shoot took place at the picturesque Iberostar Hotel in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza.
We provided both male and female commercial models for the 2-day vacation-style shoot for the Spanish hotel group.
Elpromotions worked with the iconic German travel brand Horizn for 12-weeks to support their launch of Horizn Studios London pop up store. Elpromotions Event Agency in London provided cool, hip and ‘on-brand’ male promotional models for the 12-week London campaign.
Working closely with Horizn team, Elpromotions handled the client liaison and negotiations with brand ambassadors for the activation. Promo models collected suitcases and delivered them to Horizn Studios pop-up shop in Soho. Male promotional staff created a buzz around the brand by cycling around in busy designated areas in Central London.
HORIZN is a smart travel brand from Berlin and they opened their first pop-up shop in Soho, London in September 2018.
Elpromotions Agency was asked to supply hostesses, a presenter and a mascot costume character for VIP launch event of the first Xiaomi Store in the UK. Xiaomi is a Chinese tech brand that develops high quality technology devices with an affordable price tag.
Xiaomi aims costumers to live the experience of the new store and will host a grand opening event with many great surprises and discounts. Our fantastic hostesses assisted guests to take animated pictures with the photocall and invited them to post on Twitter and Instagram.
Hostesses were also delivering flyers and balloons whilst the customers queued up. MC/Presenter kept the crowd entertained throughout the day by promoting great offers and throwing a few jokes in. The big Xiaomi mascot was a great entertainer for photo opportunities and social media shares.

Our professional event team included VIP Event Hostesses for Huawei Gala Dinner, Corporate Hostesses for the Congress and Team Leaders & Event Managers to oversee daily operations. Elpromotions dedicated team of Huawei Conference Hostesses assisted with both on-site and off-site events.
Huawei cooperated with over 10 operators and 20 industry partners to demonstrate a shared vision of future mobile connectivity. This included 5G, the Internet Of Things, the latest MBB industry trends, AI, Cloud VR/AR, connected cars and industrial.

The annual Global Mobile Broadband Forum brought together industry professionals from around the world. Including mobile network operators, vertical industry leaders, and broader MBB ecosystem players. We provided professional congress hostesses for meet & greet and customer liaison duties throughout the day.
The pre-briefing conference provided opportunities to have in-depth conversations as well as sharing insights with industry experts and opinion leaders to explore and discuss the latest trends in the industry.
Huawei released the “Simplified 5G” deployment strategy at the pre-MWC 2019 mobile congress in London. They believe that network simplification, automation, and business simplification will become the development direction of mobile networks in the future.
Elpromotions worked with Firestone Europe to support the festival staffing and experiential event activation at All Points East Festival.
The 2019 promotions team included male and female staff that were hand picked for the festival. The festival stretched over 10 days with live bands on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Our male and female brand ambassadors sported Firestone branded outfits including t-shirts, hats, shorts and bags.
The activation booth was split into two accessible sections: the tattoo container and the Play & Win container, located next to the Firestone stage. Our promo guys handed out free hats, rain coats and prizes to all winners.
Firestone Europe also presented a new exciting festival stage this year called “Road to the Mainstage”. A platform to promote new and up-and-coming artists.
Elpromotions worked with Officer & Gentelman on this year’s Brighton Pride 2019 with Paddy Power – the largest bookmaker in Europe known from campaigns such as “From Russia with equal love” or “The first bet from space”. Always with the motto “balls of steel, heart of gold” in mind, Paddy Power is often supporting through sport or a social cause in which they truly believe, such as saving the Brazilian rainforest or the Russian polar bears.
Paddy Power created a campaign for Brighton Pride 2019 promoting a lack of openly LGBTQ footballers in the Premier League. Paddy Power built a symbolic team that welcomed all the LGBTQ players from across the country called Proud United. Graeme Souness and Proud United walked under a colossal ‘Game Changer’ balloon at the Pride parade.
Elpromotions talent communicated the key message “COME OUT AND PLAY” to people throughout the day.
Our DJ entertained the crowd during the Brighton Pride 2019 Parade. Turntables were set up inside an open-top truck (mobile DJ booth) at the head of the balloon.
Elpromotions image models, were at the Pride Festival in Preston Park meeting festival goers, spreading the word about the campaign and giving away Paddy Power merchandise by shooting them out of handheld air cannons. Models were body painted in Paddy Power brand colours.
Male and female promotional staff assisted the production staff during the entire event in an interactive photo installation.
Elpromotions provided gorgeous male and female models, promotional staff, a drag queen and a body painter for the parade. The agency was also responsible of providing wheel stewards. Wheel stewards walked beside the moving truck during the parade in good spirits cheering people on.
Elpromotions Ibiza worked with 20Ten Creative Agency on Glo Worldwide Summer Series Ibiza campaign #TODAYIWILL. Our Ibiza promotional event team were responsible for data capture, user content creation and content sharing for Glo Worldwide across two experiential events; Defected at Eden Club and Glitterbox at Cafe Mambo in San Antonio.
Our Ibiza based promo staff encouraged the audience to engage and participate in the Summer Series activation. Their main duties were to capture data by filling out customer information on the iPad’s before taking their photo.
Glo Worldwide experiential staff encouraged participants to upload the photos on their own social media accounts and tag the @glo_worldwide with #TODAYIWILL hashtag.
VIP Event staff for Accor Hotel Group. The highly anticipated and glamorous Accor Hotel Christmas Gala took place at the luxurious Savoy Hotel in Central London. Elpromotions Agency worked closely with Steven Duggan Events to provide professional VIP hostesses for the evening.
A high-profile Christmas Gala was held for one of the largest hotel groups in the world – Accor Hotel Group Middle East & Africa. The prestigious evening event welcomed over 150 guests.
Some of the attendees included the group officials, UK celebrities, destination representatives, bloggers and influencers.
Our professional meet & greet event hostesses and VIP event staff welcomed guests on arrival and were the main point of contact for the guest services throughout the evening.
